Garlic & Wine Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, crushed1 tbsp chicken seasoning1 tbsp dehydrated onions, minced2 oz white wine
Directions
Cut chicken breast into thin slices.
Heat olive in frying pan on medium high heat.
Add chicken and garlic to the pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the chicken seasoning and 1/2 of the onions on to the chicken.
When chicken is cooked on one side, turn over and sprinkle the remaining seasoning and onions on to the chicken.
When chicken is cooked on both sides, add the wine.
Cook until wine has evaporated (a few minutes).

    I made this and it was good but next time I am going to use a different poultry seasoning. I used one of those .99 generic ones. Next time I might use some Lawry's. I also didn't have fresh garlic on hand I used the already crushed in the jar. Next time I will be sure to have the fresh cloves - 10/28/07

    I thought this was really good and liked how easy it was. Family didn't like it as much but not really sure why. They aren't good at trying new things, I guess. - 3/14/07
