Low Carb Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup Homemade Low carb baking mix3/4 cup Splenda3/4 cup Erythritol (powdered)2 Sticks of butter, unsalted2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
Directions
Melt butter
Add chocolate and melt
Add sugars
Take off heat and slightly cool
Add eggs 1 at a time and whisk
Add flour
Bake 20-25 mins at 350 or until toothpick comes out almost dry. Brownies will continue to bake in dish outside of oven.
