Wonton Pumpkin Tart

Ingredients
Ingredients:Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup(remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup(remove)Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed)(remove)*Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp(remove)*Xylitol, 12 tsp(remove)Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 12 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)(remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350o
Use regular muffin tin. Spray with Pam. Lay one wonton in each tin cup.
Add all ingredients. Can be beat by whisk. Put about 1.5 tablespoons in each wonton.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes.
