Pumpkin Oat Chocolate Chip Protein Squares

Ingredients
Double Batch 36 squares
Directions
This recipe makes a double batch.

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2- 9x13" pans with cooking spray.

Cream coconut oil and sugar, mix in pumpkin, add eggs(slightly beaten) and vanilla. Continue to mix.

Wisk together flour, protein pwder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oats.

Incorporate into pumpkin mixture... fold in choclate chips.

Spread into 2- 9x13" pans
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. remove from oven
Leave in pan cooling on baking rack.
Cut into squares.
