Ingredients
29 oz fresh pureed pumpkin3/4 c no sugar added apple juice1 c organic honey2 tble cinnamon1 tea cloves 1 tea nutmeg
Directions
add all ingr. in a saucepan bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes or until thick.
I canned mine in 8 oz jars then keep in the fridge
