Spanish Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients
6 lean pork chops1 1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 cup uncooked brown rice1 large onion1 can tomatoes1/2 green pepper, sliced2 1/2 cups hot water
Directions
Brown chops. Place rice on bottom of greased baking dish. Put chops on top of rice. Add onion, tomatoes and green pepper, then add hot water.
Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
