clean bulgar and turkey meatloaf

1 lb. lean ground turkey1 cup (cooked) bulgar1 egg white3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese1/2 c chopped celery1 medium onion, chopped finely1/2 cup chopped peppers, (I use a combo of hot and mild/sweet ones)1 tsp basil1 tsp oreganosea salt & pepper to taste
mix all the ingredients together while the oven is preheating to 350
dump into a loaf pan that has been greased and form into a loaf shape with a fork, pulling it together firmly around the edges
bake at 350 for about an hour, it will be incredibly moist! and the bulgar makes it hearty, but still healthy, using great whole grains.
Serving Size: makes 6 hearty servings (cut loaf in 6th's)
