Quick Corn Chowder

Ingredients
ButterOnionWaterEvaporated Milk (non-fat)Canned whole kernel cornCanned corn (cream style)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop onions onions into small pieces.
In a medium sauce pan melt the butter and sweat the onions until they're translucent.
Add the water and boil the onions for 5 minutes.
Add the cans of evaporated milk and corn.
Add salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve hot.
