Leftover Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup stuffing3 cups shredded turkey1 cup carrots1 cup turkey gravy2 cups mashed potatoes1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
take all your leftovers except the mashed potatoes and put in the crock pot. Add 1 cup of water, it helps everything meld together. Let simmer 2 hours or as long as you'd like. Take the thick stew type dinner and put into baking dishes..I use individual serving sized containers. Top with Mashed potatoes and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until top is bubbly and brown. Enjoy!
