Ground Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms over Cabbage

Ingredients
2 pound extra lean ground beef1 medium onion, diced2 pounds sliced/chopped mushrooms, mix of button, crimini, and shiitake1 large head of napa cabbage, chopped8 ounces of fat-free greek-style yogurt1 cup whipped cream cheesespices to taste (thyme, parsley, etc)
Directions
In large skillet, sweat onions, mushrooms, and spices until onions are soft and golden and mushrooms have lost most of their water. Then add in ground beef, and cook all through. Add in yogurt and cheese and stir till creamy.

In a non stick pan, sweat cabbage until al dente. Serve sauce over cabbage.
