Creamy Root Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
I Leek, chopped2 Medium Carrots, chopped3 oz Baby Portabella Mushrooms2 Stalks Celery6 Medium Russet Potatos, cubed1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion8 Cups Chicken Broth3 Links Chicken/Port Italian Sausage, browned1 Cup Vitamin D Milk
Directions
Brown Sausage and Put Aside
Chop all vegetables and saute in pan until soft
Bring 8 Cups Chicken Broth To A Boil
Put Veggies into Chicken Broth and Boil 20 Minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Blend together with immersion blender
Add Sausage and cook for another 5 minutes on low
