Tuna burgers

Ingredients
2 drained cans of tuna, canned in oil (approx. 200 grams after draining)300 grams mashed potatoes1 large carrot shredded1 medium onion chopped1 large raw egg1/3 cup olive oil50 ml red wine1 cup plain, dry bread crumbs1 tbsp chopped parsley1 tbsp ground oreganoSalt and pepper according to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and knead gently until they're all combined together.
Make medium patties and put them in a pan covered with baking sheet.
Put it in preheated oven at 160 C/ 320 F. Bake them until slightly brown (approximately 40 min.)
Alternatively, you can grill them.
Serve with potato salad or any freshly-cut vegetable salad of your taste.
