Ingredients
8 oz ground beef1 onion, chopped2 green bell peppers 1 cup cooked instant rice1 cup tomato sauce 4 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook instant rice and set aside. Fry up ground beef and and onion drain with hot water to remove extra fat. While doing that, steam green peppers to soft stage. Add tomato sauce to rice and hamberger. Place pepper 1/2 in 8" by 8" baking pan.Stuff peppers with mixer and place im 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. At the end, place mozzarella cheese on top and melt.

Serving Size: makes 4 - 12 stuffed peppers
