-1 cup buckwheat flour-1/2 cup quick cooking oats-1/2 wheat bran-1/2 tsp baking soda-1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt-2 cups of almond milk-2 egg whites( or whole)-1 tsp ground cinammon
1. mix all of the ingredients and pour batter thinly onto an oiled or buttered skillet
2. add blueberries, apples, or bananas on top while cooking
3. then flip over and cook the other side
Serving Size: about 8 medium pancakes
