Quinoa Meatloaf

Ingredients
healthy spin on meatloaf.
Directions
chop onions, spincah and tomato, add 1 egg.
Add 12-16 oz ground beef.
Add 1 cup prepared quinoa.
Mix well. add s&p to taste.
Form into foil lines loaf pan.
400 degrees for 60 mins.
