Betty Crocker Cream Puff recipe

Ingredients
Cream Puff Pastry1/2 cup flour1 cup water1/4 butter2 egg yolks, slightly beatenCombine water abd butter in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add flour, stirring constantly, cook 1 minute until a ball forms. Remove from heat and stir in egg yoks, stirring until batter is combined and smooth. Drop tablespoons full of pasrty on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 35-40 minutes at 400.Filling1 cup milk1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoon corn starch1/8 teaspoon salt2 egg yolks, slightly beaten2 tablespoons butter2 teaspoons vanillaCombine milk, sugar, corn starch, and salt in a sauce pan and brong to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Pour about half of the milk mixture into the egg yolks, stirring constantly, and then add the egg yolks to the sauce pan. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and sugar. Cool.Slice the top off the cream puff and fill with milk/sugar mixture. Replace top and dust with powdered sugar.
