Ingredients
2 ripe avocados peeled and seededone ripe red pepper seeded and chopped1/4 c sweet onion chopped1/2 c fat free plain yogurt2/3 c salsa mild1/2 tomato chopped1/2 c black beans
Directions
put all ingredients in bowl, use old fashioned masher to mash and mix them together. serve with wheat thin crackers or your favorite dipping item.
