Yummy Meatloaf

*Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz Oatmeal (plain), 1 cup dry Egg, fresh, 2 large *Heinz Organic Ketchup, 1/2 cup *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 3 Tbs. *mrs. dash italian medley seasoning blend, salt free, 2 tsp. *Black Pepper (Ground), 1/2 tsp *Dry Mustard, 1 Tbs. Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, finely chopped*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) cut into strips *Heinz Organic Ketchup, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 2 Tbs. *Dry Mustard, 1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp
1. Cut potatoes into strips and place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add all the ingredients except for the potatoes and the last 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix them together until they are thoroughly mixed.
3. Form the mixture into one large loaf or two smaller ones and place the loaf(ves) on top of the potatoes.
4. Mix the last three ingredients until thoroughly blended. Pour on top of the meat.
5. Cover and cook for 8 -12 hours on low in the crockpot.
6. Make sure the potatoes are done. They will take more time than the meat.
