Pamela's Gluten Free Baking Mix 2 CupsVanilla Whey Protien Powder, 2 ScoopsRaw Almonds 1/3 cupAlmond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 10 ozLarge Bananas 3Vanilla Extract, 1 tspEggs 2 Large
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add almonds and almond milk to blender and blend until almonds are liquified. Add bananas and eggs and blend until smooth. Pour into large mixing bowl and stir in all other ingredients until batter is completly mixed and evenly smooth. Greese muffin pan and pour in batter 2/3 full. Bake 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.
