Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Minute Rice, .75 cup (remove)*Amish Country Kitchen Homestyle Noodles - Wheat, 2 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Chicken stock, home-prepared, 12 cup (remove)*rotisserie chicken (skinless) 1/2 chicken, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
I used a whole rotisserie chicken for this, with the skin removed. Once I had my stock up to a boil I added everything and cooked for half an hour. Season to taste. I used quite a bit of fresh cracked pepper and italian seasoning from Penzey's.
