Quick Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana, 1 cup soymilk, 1 cup orange juice, 1 Tbs flaxseed, 1 Tbs wheat bran, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 12 baby carrots
Directions
Blend until smooth. This makes enough that I can drink it throughout the morning from a thermos - counts as breakfast *and* lunch.
