Spinach Tofu Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 0.2 block Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz Nutritional Yeast, 2 TbspBraggs liquid aminos, 1 serving
Directions
Crumble and fry tofu in non stick skillet. Add yeast and Bragg's. Add Veggies, stir till cooked. Top with cheese (and chile pepper flakes if you like.)
