Buffalo Chicken Joes

Ingredients
Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Wings n Things Hot Sauce, Cookies, 16 tbsp
Directions
Brown ground chicken, while chicken is cooking chop celery and shred carrots. Drain and rinse chicken and return to skillet with celery, carrots and sauce stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
