Low Fat Cheesy Beef & Bean Burritos

Ingredients
1 Can(16oz.)Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef1 Packet McCormick Cheesy Taco SeasoningMission Multi-Grain Tortillas Plus!Sour Cream, Fat Free
Directions
1. Brown meat in large skillet, drain fat.
2. Put meat back in skillet, add can of Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans, 3/4 cup of milk, and packet of McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning
(Make sure to stir so that the milk blends the meat and beans well)
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
4. Heat Tortillas either in microwave or in a skillet.
(I find the skillet tastes much better, the microwave they turn out soggy)

There is no need to add extra cheese to the recipie the McCormick mix tastes just like it is there....ENJOY!!!

    Correct me if I am wrong, the total calories for this meal EXCLUDING the ground beef is around 500, divided by 6 is around 83 calories per serving. Add in the calories for the ground beef and we are way way above 70 calories per serving.

    Couldn't find the McCormick Cheese Taco mix so we used regular taco seasoning and melted in some fat free cheddar cheese. These things were amazing and we actually got about 8 burritos from this mix (using smaller shells). Adding salsa to the wraps was a nice touch as well. - 1/1/12
