Honey Mustard Glazed Halibut

Ingredients
1/4 cup honey*1/4 cup dijon mustard1 tsp dried thyme1 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper4 - 4oz halibut filets (1 lb total)1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. In a shallow dish, stir together all ingredients except halibut & oil. Pat halibut dry; place in dish, turning to coat all sides with sauce. Let stand 15 minutes, turning once.

2. Remove halibut from dish, discard any remaining sauce. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add halibut; cook 6-8 minutes or until halibut just begins to flake, turning once.
