Spinach and Parmesan Omelette

Ingredients
Large EggLarge Egg WhiteSpinachGarlicParmesan CheesePAM Non-Stick Spray
Directions
defrost spinach in microwave for 30 seconds
crack one whole egg into bowl
add one egg white into bowl
add garlic
mix with spinach until well incorporated
spray pan with PAM
Heat up pan on medium heat
Pour egg mixture onto pan, sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese
Cook omelette until eggs are set, flipping once
Serve topped with the rest of the parmesan cheese and the hot sauce.
