Banana Cakelette with Nutty Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
1/3 cup oatmeal muffin mixpinch nutmeg1/4 tsp baking soda3 tbsp light sour cream1-2 tbsp water1 tsp banana extractHazelnut-Espresso Frosting, as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F, grease a muffin cup.
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Stir in the sour cream, water and banana extract until just combined but still lumpy.
Bake 15 minutes or until tests done. Cool completely.
Using a piping bag, fill with frosting. Spread as much remaining frosting as you care to over the top of the cakelette, and dig in!
