Soy Milk Yogurt

Ingredients
4 cups Soy Milk1 Envelope Yogourmet Starter1/4 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
Directions
Heat Soy Milk to 110 degrees. Mix Yogourmet starter and Knox unflavored gelatin in a small amount of the heated milk until smooth. Add to the remaining milk and then pour into serving size containers. If you have a yogurt maker, follow the instructions for completion, or let sit for at least 4 hours or until firm. Refrigerate.
