Low Carb Lemon Sauce

1 c. water2 egg yolks1/2 t. Dixie Carb Counters Thick-It-Up1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice1t. dill weed, opt.
1. Whisk water and egg yolks in a small sauce pan until smooth.
2. *Important: Add the thickener in this manner: Place the 1/2 t. of Thick-It-Up into a small sieve. Shake the sieve over the liquid in sauce pan to spread the fine powder evenly. Then whisk it in. Continue to cook over medium heat, whisking frequently, until sauce comes to a boil & thickens.
3. Remove from heat & stir in lemon juice. (Can also add 1t. dill weed.)
Serving Size: 6 2T. servings.
