KNEAD INTO A STIFF DOUGH - MILLET FLOUR , WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR , SALT & WATER, .

ADD CHOPPED ONION , GREEN CHILLIES & GARLIC .
KEEP COVERED FOR 5 MINUTES

TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH - ABOUT 2 INCH DIA , KEEP IT IN CENTER OF PALM AND FLATTEN IT . PAT IT BETWEEN TO PALMS TO MAKE A FLAT - ROUND BREAD ABOUT 2CM THICK ( OR ROLL IT OUT USING A ROLLING PIN )

HEAT FLAT LADDLE , PUT THE BREAD ON THE LADLE AND COOK ON LOW FLAME , TILL ONE SIDE DONE. TURNOVER AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE TILL DONE.

IT CAN BE SERVED HOT - APPLYING LITTLE BUTTER (OPTIONAL ) , AND WITH PICKLES OR CHUTNEY
