Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 875 grams Rice Bran, 35 grams *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp NIHAL NUTS Crunchy Soya Nuts Net 180 g, 80 gram(s)
1) Wash & chop bell peppers and keep in a wide-bottomed pan.
2) Add soya nuts.
3) Take a small cup, add turmeric, chili, ginger cumin,salt, rice bran oil with a little water and mix well.
4) Add to bell peppers and stir-fry on low heat until water evaporates.
Serving Size: makes seven 1-cup servings
