Country Gravy with Sausage

Ingredients
1 packet of Pioneer Brand Country Sausage Flavor Gravy Mix2 cups water1 package of Purnell's "Old Folks" Country Sausage (21 oz)
Directions
1. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain excess fat.

2. Boil 1+1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Blend gravy mix with 1/2 cup of cool water in a bowl. Mix or whisk until lump free. Pour gravy mix into boiling water. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until thickened. Remove from heat.

3. Pour gravy over sausage and mix well.
