Gyouza

Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage-3-4 stalks of green onions-handful of fresh chives(1/2 cup)-1/2 package of lean ground turkey-pinch of salt(opt)-2 tsp soy sauce-2 tsp sesame oil(opt)-30 or more gyoza skins( depending on how much filling is made)-2 tbsp or more of canola oil for cooking-water( 1/2 inch deep from the top of pan)-Ginger! ( as much as you would like)
Directions
1. wash the cabbage and microwave for 2 min
2. cut cabbage into shreds
3. cut the green onions and chives
4. add the turkey, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil
5. knead everything together
6. put a spoonful of mixture into each skin and wrap
7. put enough canola oil and put gyoza with the cap closed on high temperature
8.when the bottoms are golden pour in water
9. wait till water evaporates( abt. 7 min)
10. serve with ponzu dipping sauce
