Directions
Mix all wet ingredients (applesauce, honey, egg replacer, and soy milk) thoroughly.

Add whole wheat flour and baking powder and mix gently just until all ingredients are wet. Leave the lumps, it's okay.

Cook on a griddle with cooking spray.

Serving Size: Makes 6 moderate sized pancakes.
