Simple Spinach Soup

Ingredients

-1/2 small pot of water- handful of katsuobushi(fish flakes)- 1 tsp soy sauce( to taste)-1/2 tsp salt(opt)( to taste)-1 egg(opt)- spinach(as much as you want!)
1. If using long spinach greens, cut of the ends and cut into thirds
2. boil it till softened a little( if using baby spinach, skip these first two steps)
3. put fish flakes in water and take out with a strainer when its starts to boil
4. add soy sauce and salt
5. If spinach was boiled, squeeze the water out before boiling
6. crack in egg and stir so that it does not clump
7. turn off heat after egg looks cooked
