Pumpkin bread/muffins

Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin1 cup sugar3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda4 TBS cinnamon 3 eggs1/2 milk1/2 cup applesauce1 scoop whey protein powder Bake at 350 degrees Mix pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk, applesauce, flour, whey protein powder, baking soda & cinnamon Use Pam cooking spray - cupcake pans or loaf pans. If you make muffins only takes about 18 - 20 minutes, pumpkin bread will take about 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick - when it comes out clean then muffins or bread should be done.
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees

Use Pam cooking spray - cupcake pans or loaf pans.
