Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mashed pumpkin1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup canola oil1 cup self raising flour1 cup wholemeal flour2 Tablespoons of low fat milk2 Tablespoons maple syrup1 large egg1 Tablespoon ginger1tsp cinnamon1/4 cup grated carrot
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients
Spoon into cupcake tin
Bake at 180C for 15-29 mins
