2 packets of artificial sweetner 5 eggssoy flour 3/4 cupalmond flour 1 cupcornmeal 1/4 cupflaxseed 1 tbsp2 tsp baking powder
Directions
With mixer cream eggs & splenda.
Beat in flour & baking powder.
Divide into 12 cup muffin tin.
Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees.
