Pumpkin Gingerbread

Ingredients
1 cup sugar (1/2 cup raw sugar, 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar)1/4 cup oil1/4 cup applesauce1/3 cup water1 cup pumpkin puree2 eggs1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp allspice1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cloves1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 scoop vanilla protein powder1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2.In a large mixing, combine sugar, oil, applesauce and eggs; beat until smooth. Add water and beat until well blended. Stir in pumpkin, ginger, allspice cinnamon, and clove.
3.In medium bowl, combine flour, protein powder, soda, salt, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and blend just until all ingredients are mixed. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
4.Bake in preheated oven until toothpick comes out clean, about 1 hour.
