Kale salad with spicy dressing

Ingredients
greek yogurt, 1 oz Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1/8 tsp Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 tbsp Carrots, raw, 1 medium, shreddedKale, 5 cup, chopped
Directions
blend together first 7 ingredients. Shred carrot and toss with finely chopped kale. Toss carrots and kale with dressing. best when let to rest overnight.
