Ingredients
* Spring Roll Skins, 18 skins * Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 * Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
Directions
Saute or steam vegetables and chicken.
Season as desired.
Moisten spring roll wrappers, fill & roll.

    I made this for my family and we LOVED it!!! tasty tip: lightly pan fry the rolls in a skillet with vegetable oil and serve on a bed of rice noodles and top with plum sauce. SO good! - 3/16/09

    another tip for this recipe: don't get the really thin skins, it is SUPER tough to keep them from breaking while you roll and stuff! I recommend skins that are a little bit thicker for optimum presentation - 3/22/10
