Crockpot Creamy Chicken - gluten free

Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced 2 tsp fresh parsley, choppedChicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 2 cup(combine with .5 cup water) Peas, frozen, 1 cup ThymeSalt and Pepper
Put carrots, onions, and celery at the bottom of a 4 quart crock pot. Top with parsley. Top this with chicken.
Mix rest of spices with condensed mushroom soup and water and pour over all the contents and cook in crockpot for 8-9 hours. Mix in peas. Serve with rice or noodles. Try Tinkyada or Trader Joe's gluten-free noodles.
