Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:2.25 cups of unbleached organic flour ( alll purpose )1 tsp nutmeg1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 cup of organic Sultana dried raisinsStir and mix ingredients in a large bowl by hand.Wet Ingredients:2 - 3 very ripe bananas crushed or pureed1 - 4 ounce container of vanilla low fat yogurt1/4 cup of Canola oil1/2 cup of skim Lactose Free milg1/4 cup of Unsweetend apple juice1/4 cup of organic cane sugar1/4 cup of maple syrup1 large eggBeat in a separate bowl.Place wet ingredients and mix into dry ingredients until well mixed.Drop an amount into a lightly buttered muffin tin ( or sprayed with Canola oil for lactose free ).Put in a pre heated oven at 375 degrees
