Frozen FruitMangosBlueberriesPineappleMixed BerriesSpinachAlmond MilkOrange JuiceProtein Powder (your choice) I use RAW Vanilla Chai Protein Powder from Whole Foods (I'm gluten/dairy free per food intolerances)
Directions
Throw the frozen fruit, almond milk (or soy/rice milk), a bit of orange juice (if you like it sweeter) and the protein powder of your choice and blend.
