Banana Nut Oat Bran Waffle

Ingredients
Oat Bran, .5 cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium (smashed)Almonds, 2 tbsp.Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cupEgg white, 4 servingEarth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 1 tsp.Agave Nectar, 2 tsp
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl except the canola butter and agave nectar.

Mix until smooth.

Heat a non stick pan or waffle maker and pour batter in. Cook 5 minutes (until done).

Smear Canola butter on top and drizzle agave nectar.

Enjoy!
