Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, slicedBeef boullion cube, 1 servingWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)Cheese no name marble cheese 30 gram(s)Cornstarch, 1 tbspGluten Free Omega-3 Flax & Fibre Bread 2 slice, 71 gram(s)Garlic 1 clove, optionalSage, dried, 0.5 tspMargarine, Parkay soft, 1 tsp
1.) Slice onion, grate garlic (optional), saute in margarine on med low heat for 25 minutes until onions are soft and carmelized, add beef boullion, water, and sage.
2.)Thicken with corntarch made into a slurry.
3.)Ladel into French onion soup bowls, place a piece of
toasted bread on top of each bowl, place a piece of cheese on top of bread and broil until browned.
