Stina's Everything Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup honey1/2 cup melted butter2 tsp. vanilla extract (or other flavors you like)3 cups whole grain oatmeal or old fashioned oats1/2 cup flaked coconut, unsweetened1/2 cup dried fruit (Craisins or dried, diced dates are great)1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)1/2 cup wheat germ1/4 cup amaranth seeds1 cup coarsely chopped almonds (I toast them first)
Directions
Press mixture into a liberally greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 25-30 minutes.
