One large seedless orange unpeeled, quartered, then chopped in a food processor to pea size .4 cups whole fresh cranberries1 cup splenda granulated1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract In a large saucepan bring all ingredients to a simmer. Cook over med-low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.cool and serve!!
