1 lb ground chicken1 large onion1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped1 can cannellini beans (white kidney beans), rinsed1 can black beans, rinsed1 can red kidney beans, rinsed1 can diced tomatoes12 can enchilada sauce4 1/2 oz diced green chiles1/4 cup chili powder2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp molasses1 tbsp packed brown sugar1 tbsp ground cumin
Place the chicken, onion, bell pepper and galic in a slow cooker, stir with a fork to blend. Add the beans, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, green chiles, chili powder, worcestershire, molasses, brown sugar and cumin. Mix well. Cover and cook until the flavors are blended and the chili thickens slightly, 4-5 hours on high or 8-19 hours on low.
