Oreo Truffle Balls

Ingredients
1 12-oz package white chocolate chips1 pkg (8oz) 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened1 pkg Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuff), 15.5 oz package
Directions
Chop entire package of Oreos with a food processor or a food chopper (like Pampered Chef hand-held food chopper). Mix with cream cheese. Scoop balls of the mixture using a small handheld cookie scoop. Place balls in freezer (on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper) until firm.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler.

Dip balls in melted chocolate one at a time, and place on parchment paper until set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

**Note** Do NOT use good white chocolate chips (even Ghirardelli), since these are more likely to seize and not melt properly. Use the cheap white chocolate chips or white chocolate candy bark - they melt best!
